Who I Work With

I work with individuals and teams who want practical, conversation-focused sales and communication skills training that leads to clearer conversations, stronger relationships, and better business results.

Most of my work is with Canadian organizations—especially Winnipeg and Western Canada–based teams—who want training that feels relevant to how they actually sell and communicate, not something generic or off-the-shelf.

Alongside group workshops, I also work one-on-one and in small coaching groups to help people apply new thinking and behaviours in real deals and real internal conversations.

Background & Experience

My wife and I lived in China for 13 years and in Germany for 2½ years. During our time in China, we founded and ran our own consulting and training company, working closely with both local and multinational teams. That experience deeply shaped how I think about cross-cultural effectiveness and how people from different backgrounds learn, communicate, and work together.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve designed and delivered professional skills training in presentation skills, sales, communication, and cross-cultural effectiveness for organizations such as:
